At the meeting, each department systematically reviewed their work in the first half of the year: from market expansion to project implementation, from team collaboration to process optimization, a series of achievements outlined a steady development trend. At the same time, all employees focused on the goals for the second half of the year, clearly taking key projects as the starting point, refining task division and time nodes, ensuring that "goals can be decomposed, progress can be tracked, and responsibilities can be implemented", laying a solid foundation for continuous business breakthroughs.

At the meeting, the General Manager first recognized the team's achievements in achieving growth against the tide in a complex environment. He then conducted an in-depth analysis from both internal and external perspectives: internally, he precisely identified Farmar's core strengths and areas for improvement; externally, he keenly perceived the potential opportunities and existing challenges in the industry, laying a clear foundation for subsequent planning. Regarding the work for the second half of the year, General Manager Liang clarified the direction for tackling key challenges:
