In order to summarize the business results and management effects in the first half of year and clarify the business and management outlook in the second half of the year, the company held the first half-year summary meeting of 2022 on July 8. the theme of the meeting was “Practice hard and build up strength”. at the same time, the ceremony of exercising the first phase of equity incentive and granting the second phase of equity incentive plan was held.

and the granting ceremony of the second phase of equity incentive plan
On October 18th last year, Pharmacare successfully held the signing ceremony of the first phase of equity incentive, which marked the new height of Pharmacare’s development. Today, under the joint witness of all the company, the first equity incentive exercise and the second equity incentive plan granting ceremony was held.
